5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All orders all final upon confirmation, and cancellations are not accepted.
Custom orders may not be eligible for refunds once production has commenced.

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
NOOK SIGNATURE will not be liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
