  • A deposit may be required upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to installation.
  • We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined during the order process.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All orders all final upon confirmation, and cancellations are not accepted.
  • Custom orders may not be eligible for refunds once production has commenced.


6. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • NOOK SIGNATURE will not be liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
